After the courier service delivers the package to you, please check the product and if there is visible damage (torn parts or crumpling) or the product does not comply with your order, please call us at 072 319219 or send us an email with your details (name, surname and phone number) to the address storysalonzaubavina@gmail.com and state the reasons why you want to exchange/return the package. Please contact us no later than 24 hours from the receipt of the package. Our operators will inform you about the further procedure as soon as possible.
You can exchange the product in agreement with our operators. You send the product to be exchanged to us via express mail, at your own expense. After receiving the product, we check whether the product is damaged, and then we send you an appropriate replacement.
If the purchased product has any defects in terms of the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, please act in a manner defined by the regulations for consumer complaints for goods purchased through an online store, which you should send along with a completed complaint form to the address salonzaubavinastory@gmail.com
Refund In the event of a return of goods or a refund of funds to a buyer who previously paid with any of the payment cards, in part or in full, and regardless of the reason for the return, www.storysalonzaubavina.planora.mk is obliged to make the refund exclusively via VISA, EC/MC and Maestro, which means that the bank will, at the seller's request, refund the funds to the cardholder's account.
All costs related to the return of the product are borne by the buyer, i.e. the amount of postage for the first shipment, the amount for the return as well as the amount charged by the commercial bank to www.storysalonzaubavina.planora.mk in accordance with the applicable price list are retained. If the value of the returned product is greater than these costs, the difference is borne by the buyer. If the buyer returns a product or products for which there was free delivery, then the costs incurred for sending the shipment to the buyer are retained in the full amount of the postage.
