Terms and conditions for scheduling appointments

APPOINTMENT SCHEDULING

  • Clients must be over 16 years of age to schedule an appointment with me.
  • Please, if the material on your nails is acrylic or deep powder, remove it before coming to your appointment. I do not work with these materials and would not be able to remove them.
  • Before the appointment, have a design or inspiration selected.
  • All appointments will be reserved until I approve them in my booking system.

You will be sent a confirmation email, as well as a reminder email 24 hours before your appointment.

  • If you need to cancel OR move your appointment, please do so in the booking system where you can manage all of your appointments.
  • If you cancel within 24 hours or less, there will be a 50% cancellation fee that must be paid before the next appointment or all future services until then will be canceled.

If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without informing me of this, you will immediately lose your place and no future reservations will be made.

PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS

  • All payments must be made in full on the day of your appointment, by cash or bank transfer. If using bank transfer, this must be done immediately after the treatment is completed.
  • I DO NOT accept payments made later, so please make sure you have the funds to pay for your nails, otherwise you will not receive your next appointment.

Please note that I DO NOT refund money if my time and products have been used. It is up to you to let me know if you are not satisfied with your nails during your appointment with me so that I can make it right.

Once you leave my premises, nothing can be done if you are not happy with your nails.

During the appointment, I will check with you to make sure you are satisfied at all stages.

APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION

In my and your best interests, I will refuse to perform a nail service for any of the following reasons:

  • Open wounds on the hands

Contagious infections

Extreme skin rash or other infectious diseases.

It would be unprofessional of me to perform treatment if you are suffering from one or more of the reasons listed above.

Please ensure that you are in good health to attend your appointment. I will not put myself or the next client at risk. Under no circumstances will verbal or physical abuse be tolerated before, during or after your appointment.
I will refuse any treatment or conversation if such situations arise.

Appropriate measures will be taken if necessary.

AFTERCARE TIPS

  • Use cuticle oil daily to keep your nails nourished to stimulate growth and prevent lifting and breaking.
  • Always wear rubber gloves when washing dishes, gardening, etc. Please remember to wash your hands after contact with chlorine, sunscreen, fake tan, and easily damaged nails that leave stains (e.g. curry powder).

Always come back to me for any ongoing maintenance and safe removal.

Avoid long periods of immersion in water (e.g. long baths, swimming, washing dishes)

  • Never tear or peel the product as this will damage your natural nails.
  • I use the best quality products on your nails, they will last 3+ weeks without any problems. In the unlikely event that you experience any issues such as lifting/crunching within the first 48 hours of your appointment, I will be happy to fix this for you free of charge.
